Great idea, not perfectly done Rating:3 out of 5 stars Solid feeling chunk-o-knife needs to be designed just a little more thouroughly, and machined just a little finer, before it becomes a really superb pocket knife.
(only had it a few hr’s and it’s growing on me, but…
The bits are much more than a little hard to remove or put in to their holders (probably to keep them from eventualy falling out on their own.) The back edge (near the thumb-flick knob esp’) is a little hard on the fingers. It’s a brick compared to the weight of other pocket knives I’ve handled: feels good in the hand, but you might want to upgrade up your belt/suspender situ’if youre going to actually carry it around. The carbiner clip wouldn’t budge at first, but snicks along perfectly now. Bought it to give as a gift, but it’s both too cool and clumsy to pass on.
Missing two bits Rating:3 out of 5 stars The knife is great looking and very useful; however, when I got mine, it was missing two of bits. Not too big of a deal for me. It is just that I expected to get what I had paid for originally. Other than that fact, I am very pleased with this item and would recommend it to anyone looking for a versatile tool.
What a Knife! Rating:5 out of 5 stars My Navy Seal brothers will love this new knife from Leatherman! It is a beauty to behold: strong blade, well designed functions (Great Feel), Rugged, etc. I put mine through and extreme test and it came out fine! Well done there Leatherman. (Big Jim)
