Handy piece of equipment to easily carry around for outdoor projects. Each time I have used it, I have had no complaints. So easy to use, I went a bit overboard on some of my plants before I realized it during fall clean up time. Would recommend this item without hesitation. I bought a similar product several years ago made by a different manufacturer, and it fell apart during the first use. Not at all the case with this one.

I’ve been highly impressed with this tool. Being from Leatherman, I expected a good solid well-built tool but these have exceeded my expectations. This multi-tool features (nearly) everything you want and need at-hand in the garden without being cluttered with tools you just don’t need. Between this and my lil’ hand spade, I’m ready to get my gardening on.

I take care of 4 lawns as a hobby. I have a much heftier set of Corona pruners I use when there is a lot of pruning to be done but the leather sheath that holds them is heavy and bulky and if I move wrong the clippers will literally fall out. This sheath is smaller and holds the tool snug but I can still access them easily even with gloves on. If I happen upon a stray weed – the weed tool does the job. A small branch – the pruners. A thicker branch – the small saw. This thing does EXACTLY what I wanted it to do, and I found it here at a MUCH lower price than at least 4 other vendors.

In the language of todays kids, These pruners ROCK! I have used several lesser pruners from the usual sources Walmart etc., and have not been satisfied til now. These are typically well constructed and sharp. I have dispatched several annoying small trees (up to about 5/8 inch dia.) and numerous vines and other garbage around the home. delivered on time. performed great as described. love the handle tools so far, but haven’t used the saw. the fold-up feature is great for compactness; carrying case is heavy duty and appears durable. have been using the puner on roses with up to 3/4″ dia branches. however, with garden gloves on, its hard to access the handle tools. outstanding value for the price thru amazon.com.

This is very handy to have in the garden since it fits in your pocket and you can carry pruning shears without the danger of stabbing yourself, but the shears themselves are passable at best. I like being able to open a bag of soil, loosen some roots of a plant I am transplanting or do a quick trim without carrying lots of tools with me, but if you are doing heavy duty pruning or weeding, you are going to want to use a different tool. It gets a 5 stars for concept, but only 3 in execution.

I bought this as a gift for my girlfriend, currently getting her bachelor’s in Landscape Architecture. She loves it.
The smaller tools are nice, but it’s the pruner blades that are quite excellent. Not only are they bypass, sharp, and well-sized, but the screw-in pivot allows you to take apart the Leatherman to clean it. It folds up to a nice size, the sheath is non-fussy, and the whole thing has a good feel to it.
One of the best Valentine’s presents I’ve ever given!
